Make sure that that you setup an email account on your domain instead of using a free email service. This will help build the credibility of your web presence. To setup email accounts, click the admin tab and then click the setup email link.Web page forms (include mailing list signup)Create input forms on your pages to provide an easy means for visitors to send you information. For visitors, forms are easy to fill out and they can be setup to prompt visitors for specific information. The form builder includes an option to have visitors add themselves to your mailing list when the form is submitted. You can edit any existing form or click the add page button to create a new form page. You can create a special mailing list signup page that includes a form with the mailing list option. On the page, include information about your newsletter and the benefits of signing up for your newsletter. An easy way to get the mailing list signup link on your site is to go to the settings page and check the "Enable site registration/mailing list" box. This will place a mailing list signup page at the bottom of every page on your site. Build your listPlace links to the mailing list signup pages and signup forms. Newsletters and updatesWhen you have updates or specials, use the mailing list feature to notify your users. When you compose the newsletter, create easy to find links that go to your website so that readers just need to click the link to view your site. You can also include tracking information on the link so that you can know the visitor came from the newsletter. |
